Wansford: The Wildlife Garden

With incredible views of protected grasslands beyond the rear of the plot, the client asked for a wildlife friendly, naturalistic scheme which blends into the landscape. A wildlife pond and wildflower meadow areas have been included to encourage invertebrate and amphibian life as well as pollinators into the garden. Minimal hard landscaping has been designed-in to keep the scheme as low-carbon and natural as possible. Pond-side seating and firepit areas for the family offer various viewpoints of both the garden and the natural landscape beyond.
